What is the difference between Microsoft 365 Subscription and Office 2021 (One-time Purchase)?
Microsoft 365 is a subscription service that ensures you always have the most up-to-date modern productivity tools from Microsoft. It includes Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as additional cloud services for improved productivity, collaboration, and security.
Office 2021 is a one-time purchase that includes applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for use on a single PC or Mac. The software does not include the additional services provided in Microsoft 365 and does not receive feature updates (only security and quality updates).

Where can I find the serial number or license key I just purchased?
License keys/serial numbers are emailed out within 30 minutes of purchase during normal business hours (9am - 6pm). After hours licenses are emailed up to 2 hours after purchase before 8pm. Remaining licenses will be emailed the following morning. For orders placed on a weekend after 8pm Pacific Time, licenses are filled the next day by noon.
Volume or subscription products can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to fulfill.
Does Microsoft 365 offer the same features on PC and Mac?

How do I manage my Microsoft 365 subscription?
You can manage your Microsoft 365 subscription through the Microsoft 365 admin center. This platform allows you to view your plan details, add or remove users, manage billing, and configure various settings to suit your needs.
